New Clients

All new clients will be asked to pay a deposit of 50% of treatment cost at booking which is deducted from the balance of the treatment. You can settle the balance in person on the day of your treatment.

Registration

Each new client is asked to complete a client care consultation/registration form before arrival. This is a mandatory requirement for all treatments. All data will be kept in accordance to GDPR. The Consultation Form can be found here: Consultation Form 

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment and provide at least 48-hour’s notice. I will offer you a new appointment at a later date and there will be no charge payable.

If you provide less than 48-hours notice then 50% of any service fees or 100% of deposit paid is payable as a cancellation charge (whichever is greater).

No Shows

If you book an appointment and fail to attend without providing any notice, 100% of any deposit, or treatment fees paid are charged as a ‘no show’ fee.

Lateness

Please arrive on time to your appointment at the appointment time booked - there is no need to arrive early as I will still be preparing the treatment room for you.

 Please inform me in plenty of time if you are aware that you are going to be late and I will always do my best to accommodate you.

By making an appointment for a treatment, you are reserving a specific time and it is your responsibility to arrive on time.  If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, your treatment will automatically be shortened as a result, and it may not be possible to proceed with your treatment if there is another client booked immediately after you.

If you are late and I am unable to proceed with your treatment, a latecomer’s fee of 50% of the treatment cost is payable and you will be asked to reschedule a new appointment.  Any balance paid will be carried forward to your newly rescheduled appointment.

What Should I wear for a Massage?

You will be given privacy to change. You will be provided with a towelling button-up wrap for your modesty if you wish to use it. You will be asked to remove only the necessary clothing for your chosen massage. For back, neck and shoulder massages you will only be asked to remove your upper clothing. Indian Head massage is usually performed in a chair, and includes an upper back, shoulder and neck massage - a towelling button-up wrap will be provided. For modesty and comfort I politely ask that my clients wear underwear throughout their sessions. For sports massage loose fitting shorts can be worn. For all other massages you will be asked to undress to your underwear. Towels and sheets will be used throughout all massages for modesty and comfort. A bra can get in the way of a massage around the neck, shoulder, and upper back. In most cases, a regular bra, rather than a sports bra, can be unfastened at the back when you are lying on your front, or a thin strapped vest top can be easier to work around as the straps can be taken down if this is more comfortable for you. Please don't wear a sports bra as due to their tight fit they can be challenging to work around. It is often easier to treat without a bra on, and if you feel comfortable lying on your front without one, you can do this and use a towel over your chest if you need to lie on your side or back.

Allergies

Please inform us of any allergies particularly nut or bee allergies as some massage mediums contain these allergens.

Contraindications 

We reserve the right to refuse treatment if you have any medical conditions that are contra-indicated or if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

Refund Policy

Please note that if you make an appointment and change your mind, the deposit charge is non-refundable. If you need to change the date of your treatment please let us know at least 48 hours before your scheduled time and we will re-arrange the date for you without any fees.

Walk-ins

I am unable to accept walk-ins.

Please make sure that you are well hydrated.

Parking 

If there is space available on the driveway please feel free to use it - if not there is ample free street parking available.
